However, fragrance is a personal sensory experience. The way a perfume smells or develops can vary depending on skin chemistry, application, temperature and other environmental conditions.
Descriptions of fragrance notes, scent character and suggested occasions are intended to help customers make informed choices. They do not guarantee that every individual will experience a fragrance in precisely the same way.
We do not guarantee a particular duration of fragrance performance unless such a guarantee is expressly stated.
Product images are provided to help customers understand the appearance of the item. Where manufacturers update packaging, the item supplied must still correspond to the material specifications and description provided at the time of purchase.
We do not knowingly offer counterfeit products. Any concern regarding the identity, condition or authenticity of a fragrance will be investigated in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.
The appearance of a manufacturer’s name or trademark on our website does not, by itself, indicate a formal partnership, endorsement or authorised distribution relationship.
4. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, an item may occasionally become unavailable before an order can be fulfilled.
Where this happens, we will contact you to explain the situation and offer an available alternative or a refund.
You are not required to accept a substitute product.
If we cannot supply an item you have paid for and you do not accept an alternative, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for that item, including any delivery charges attributable solely to it.

Where additional delivery costs arise solely because of incorrect customer information or an avoidable failed delivery, we may ask the customer to cover the reasonable additional cost.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders that have not been dispatched can generally be cancelled for a full refund.
Once an order has entered dispatch, cancellation may require the parcel to be recovered or returned.

We will not impose cancellation charges where the cancellation results from our failure to fulfil a legal or contractual obligation and the customer is entitled to a refund without deduction.

Due to the personal nature of fragrances, JTamdy operates a controlled returns process.
Under our voluntary returns arrangement, customers may request to return eligible unopened and unused fragrances within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must retain their original condition, packaging, seals where applicable and accompanying items.
Opened, sprayed or used fragrances are generally ineligible for voluntary returns based solely on personal preference or a change of mind.
However, these commercial conditions do not restrict legal rights relating to defective, unsafe, materially misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products.
Customers retain all return and refund remedies available under applicable Nigerian consumer protection legislation, including qualifying claims raised outside our voluntary 48 hour window.

11. Fragrance Safety and Responsible Use
Fragrances should be used in accordance with the instructions and safety information supplied by their manufacturers.

Avoid applying perfume to irritated skin or sensitive areas. Products should also be stored safely, away from excessive heat and children, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice.
We do not present perfume as a medical treatment or guarantee that any product will be suitable for every individual.
